Chad Corley moved to Australia with no job or contacts, and a guitar to sell if he ran out of money. He met Englishman Stefan Pope and Australian Josh Schuberth [Josh Pyke, Stella 111], and within months the Sleep-ins were writing and touring their space-themed indie rock. The guitar never got sold.
The band's repertoire has expanded to over 30 diverse, catchy and quirky original songs, some of which have yet to be recorded, and others that are reworkings of tunes by lonesomerobot and the raydons. |
